For whatever fulfills the role of a supercarrier, you know, the kind typically accompanied by a bunch of other warships as well as capable of delivering a planetary occupation force, I recommend that the names be words or phrases used in diplomatic discussion to describe how to treat treaty violations.

So when you do make a treaty that says there will be Serious Consequences for violation, because when the rogue state is evasive in answering questions about her WMD program it leads to Unfortunate Conclusions, requiring Possible Sanctions and Corrective Actions, nobody can say they didn't understand what that meant.

Serious Consequences
Dire Repercussions
Drastic Measures
Extreme Prejudice
Unfortunate Conclusions
Corrective Actions
Possible Sanctions
Grave Decisions
Border Enforcement
'Regulate' used to mean the opposite of 'constipate.'

My favorite Laumer character title would also make a reasonable ship name in the proper venue.
