I just looked at it with Firefox and NoScript, and the date doesn't show, just "updated" as Mike describes.

If I "temporarily allow all this page" it shows as
updated 9/6/2005 6:16:30 PM ET
IE 10 shows the updated date as well.
...even before I read MHI, my response to seeing a poster for the stars of the latest Twilight movies was "I see 2 targets and a collaborator".
