Targets

Post by Darrell »

What an odd movie. Made in 1968, it features Boris Karloff as an elderly horror film star, juxtaposed against an all-American boy sniper going about his business. It's presently running on TMC, I figured with Karloff it'd be a Halloween horror film. I suppose it is a horror film, in a way... The sniper was modeled after Charles Whitman, the mass killer. Here's an interesting webpage on the film:

Here's IMDB's summary:

Dang, I gotta go to bed, I'll miss the end of the movie!

ETA: Looks like you can watch the whole movie over at Youtube, it's in nine 11:00 parts:

ETA2: LOL I couldn't stop watching it, made it to the bitter end. Wow, interesting film.
