Just got back from seeing it. (IMDB page)
It's a pretty good story, I thought. Take your lefty friends to see it.
Written by Kurt Wimmer, it's not a complete surprise. I was surprised to see his name in the credits as there were no crazy-awesome gunfights, mostly just explosions.

I agree, it was a good (although somewhat far fetched) story. But the ending missed a VITAL piece of what should have happened.
Not willing to say as to not spoil it.
Intense and not gratuitiously gory. A great cinematographic balance was walked there.
