Just finished The Ram Rebellion...BOOOOOOORING! Other than the stories of Brillo and the short story about the ballet company, I was reading just for the sake of finishing the darn thing.

Starting now on 1634: The Galileo Affair and have already acquired 1635: Canon Law. Already, TGA is reminding me of why I started reading this series in the first place. Love me some Harry Lefferts.

BTW, some of these folks, like Harry and Mike Schmidt, would have been ordinary schmoos had they stayed uptime. By the quirk of the Ring of Fire, they have really come into their own and are living more exciting and meaningful lives than they ever could have in our modern society.

Anybody else feel like a fish out of water in the new millennium? If you could go back, where/when would you travel? Who else feels born in the wrong century?
There must be an end to this intimidation by those who come to this great country, but reject its culture.
