Oh and in case one is inclined to take that wrong; one should know, Gary was a friend of mine (and of Combat Controllers), and I had met Dave several times. They both would've thought that line was funny.

I met Mr. Arneson at a GENcon many years ago. My wife knew him before that when he was a regular on Scorpia's Games Roundtable on the GEnie Information Service, where she worked for quite a while. God rest him.

I only got to meet Gary once at Games Plus in Mt. Prospect, IL. Seriously nice guy, even if he did talk too much.
