I liked it. Grouchy old baseball scout (Eastwood) is having a hard time doing his job. His buddy asks the scout's daughter to go with him on what may be his last scouting trip to help him out. She reluctantly goes. Drama. Tension. Growth. Reconciliation.
There were a few sloppy plot connections to make the story end the way they needed it to end, but all in all, I love a movie that weaves its way through a baseball theme. I'll watch it again.
