Everything's Shiny | Not To Fret

I kind of aspire to add some solar capacity and a deep cycle battery for some camping independence. Maybe a mobile HF/VHF radio. Then I could indulge fantasies of heading out to the black.

I was figuring on a little square of dirt out on the eastern edge of Edwards AFB.
I want to be sitting inside the Falcon or Firefly when a Corvette-load of jet jocks pull up to my front gate and stare through the fence one Saturday after seeing something on a flyover than they haven't flown, and don't own.

Probably have to build a tube-framed X-Wing next to it, and hook up a hose to pump boiling off CO2 from the undercarriage during "refuelling", along with suitable floodlights inside engine nacelles at night, and a decent stadium PA for sound effects.

Add two or three full-sized RC R2D2 toys to control from inside, and I'll be set for a weekend of fun with the tourists on the highway.

Free time should be enjoyed.
