It won Cook's illustrated choice for Dark Chocolate. Their cocoa powder is also a favorite. It can be hard to find - probably the easiest place to find it is Whole foods, who has it as pieces cut from the bulk bars. Callebaut has a bunch of different chocolates in the 11lb size, including milder Darks, Baking Chocolate, as well as Milk Chocolates.
Something to consider - Chocolate has a decent shelf life, but it doesn't last forever. You can probably get a year and a half out of a bar if stored in a refridgerator.
