Atlas shrugged on DVD

Post by cageym »

So part 1 is out on DVD now, is it worth buying since that's the only way I'm going to see it all the way over here?
RESISTANCE IS NOT FUTILE. It's voltage divided by current.

There is no such thing as overkill. There is only "Open fire!" and "Reloading!"

Have you read the book? I did, my wife didn't. I enjoyed the movie, she was a little lost. So, I think that some knowledge of the characters from reading the book increases the chances that you will like the movie.

That was kinda the impression I got: It was for the fans of the book. If you liked the book, you'd like the movie. If you didn't like or read the book, you would've said "What? Trains? Seriously??"

I've read the book, my wife hasn't, and we both enjoyed the movie in the theater. She didn't have any problems figuring out what's going on.
