Watched for the first time last night and was screaming at the screen when they fired the Ma Deuce. If it fires single shot, you FORGOT headspace and timing.

Did they lock the bolt release down?

Hell, I never even fired one and I knew that! Of course, I did have to go through the training, even got to sit behind one once but never got the chance to pull the trigger.

Also it has a switch for single shot under the butterfly trigger, if you like. No "aiming" is required, you're supposed to walk 'em in. Of course, that didn't stop GySgt. Hatchcock did it?

Just do it. You're only about 6 hours away. Straight down I65, or from Detroit, you can take I75 to Cinci, then I71 to Louisville, then just south about 30 miles or so on I65. Easy as going to the grocery store.

On the other hand, I don't know if I'll ever make it to one of the Austin events...
