Machete

Post by Highspeed »

I'm a big fan of Danny Trejo, so I was looking forward to this film.

It's political though, and takes a definite standpoint on immigration which I can't agree with.

Apart from that it's good pointless over the top action and the chicks are smoking hot.

One thing which made me laugh while I was watching it is that I tended to focus on any scene involving cooking. I love Mexican food, if I hear Mariachi music I get hungry :D

Yeah, I was glad to see Danny Trejo finally get top billing in a movie, he's certainly paid his dues.

I was hoping to get to see it, but it was in and gone from the theater in two weeks while I was in the middle of taking my exams. But hey, that's why there's DVD rental!
