I apologize, I shall attempt to collect myself. I've gotten so used to hearing about this EM drive that I made certain assumptions without actually reading the linked article.

No need. I'm naturally skeptical myself.

The idea of a working reaction less drive is EXCITING, even if it's only on a small scale (for now). Because I'd want so much for it to be true, I find myself being extra skeptical. In fact this is seems so 'too good to be true' that it's easy to dismiss it out of hand as snake oil.

But that last detail about a NASA group repeating the findings... that maybe changes things.
