Any quick and easy way to visualize UV?

Post by Aglifter »

I want to evaluate some camouflage, and part of that involves testing under near UV to see how it appears to animals.

Any easy way to do that?

Get a UV light or uv pass filter and find a CMOS camera that doesn't have UV filter, or If you can see UV then just get the UV light and use a dark room.

I bought this kit, it has a UV light, blocking spray, and detergent that doesn't contain UV brighteners. The light is an eye opener. And do not wash your hunting clothes in regular detergent, they add in brighteners.

Sport Wash UV kit
Buy ammunition and magazines.

You'll shoot your eye out!

I already buy that detergent for hunting and work out clothes - good stuff, more for odors than stains.

But, just a plain UV light doesn't actually show you what something looks like in UV.
