It was basically a discussion of Heller/2nd amendment issues, presented by the Federalist Society.
The most interesting thing said was when the Federalist Society MC introduced the FS as a "Libertarian" organization. If the Federalist Society has gone from calling itself "Conservative" to "Libertarian" it would be a great thing. The Federalist Society would bring a level intellectualism that Libertarianism really needs.
As usual, CATO wasn't well-structured, prepared, etc. They seem to be intellectually lazy, frankly, many of the Libertarian "thinkers" seem to be -- hopefully, as more disciplined people start declaring themselves Libertarian, the arguments can be developed more fully.

Lifter,
I think they've always called themselves a group of conservative and libertarian thinkers.

Their are lots of great libertarian thinkers and as the line of philosophy they adopted it is a pure night mare to get more than two of us in a room and then go in the same direction.ZeroGravitas wrote:Lifter,
