Finally made it out to the range with my Hellerbration day purchase (NIB '71 nickeled 32/22 Kitgun). It was more than that though. When you've got your kid(s) along it's not just about the hardware or technology or fun of shooting.
I had my youngest do the honors and run the first rounds through it. Pics and more musinghere.
