Car wreck

Post by Cybrludite »

Got into a bad car wreck on the causeway around 9pm Thursday night. An SUV had run out of gas & was stopped in the passing lane. Another sport ute was in front of me and managed to veer around them, but by the time I parsed that they weren't moving, it was too late. I'm now laid up in the ICU with a burst fracture in my L3 vertebra. Surgery was long, but successful.

Damn! Glad it wasn't worse. May you have a quick recovery. Keep in touch and let us know if there's anything we can do to help.

Get well soon, friend.

Doing well, except for a very weird thing where sitting or standing up makes my blood.pressure crash. Like from 130/80 to 75/55.

Well better to be posting about it, than to be posted about. Glad to hear you’re this side of the daisies.
