Freedom!!

Post by AndytheAxe »

My wife is finally amenable to us getting out of MD. We've started looking at houses up in PA! I'm so pumped I might be able to get an AR and an a CCW :)

Congrats! I spent several years stationed in MD at Patuxent River NAS. It was a great day when I put that place in my rear view mirror for the last time.

Gov. Wolf and AG Shapiro (who is Wolf's heir apparent, at the moment) are doing their best to ruin the joint, but even so the outlook remains better than Maryland's.

Talk about setting a low bar!

The cookies are really good.

Enjoy the cookies and do your part to help cleanup that PA voting integrity else you'll be looking for greener pastures again.

I spent 4 years by the bay in MD plus another 6 months of stash duty. It is nice as long as you are far away from the Baltimore, DC area. Of course the laws suck. I am not sure I would consider PA an upgrade but IDK.

I don't think PA HB 2957 is terribly likely to pass, but it might be a stalking horse for something "reasonable," and bears watching on that basis.
