After Indiana won this at the Supreme Court, I don’t understand how voter ID laws keep getting challenged.

In part because other states have used their own language rather than copy states that have won in court, so it lays themselves open for novel challenges.

Plus, most, if not all, of the former Confederate states are under a 'special regime' put in place by the Civil Rights Act of 1965.
