Up to 80% of people can't get teh covidz

It's an article from back in June. TLDR: Math people use numbers and figure out that teh covidz is not a threat to somewhere between 2/3 of the population and 4/5 of the population.

Yeah let's nevermind the "coincidence" that in *populations where the 'rona seems to have run it's course the infection starts approaching zero when 17-20% of the herd has been infected.

*Military closed loop populations on ships, in training commands, Sweden...

Well another one which I saw, but can't find now, is a chart of infected on universities in the States which as a high number, but the hospitalization number was just 2.

That's what happened on the Diamond Princess.

Now don't be using math and logic to derail the narrative. Damn you smart people and conservatives (some overlap). We gotta get dementia joe elected so we can rule through the iron fist of The Exalted Harris.

I'm with Glenn Reynolds in thinking that Pelosi and those behind her have a plan for Harris too.

Getting popcorn...
STORY AT-A-GLANCE
The German Corona Extra-Parliamentary Inquiry Committee (Außerparlamentarischer Corona Untersuchungsausschuss), launched July 10, 2020, was founded by four trial attorneys to investigate and prosecute those responsible for implementing the economically devastating lockdowns around the world, as well as using fraudulent testing to engineer the appearance of a dangerous pandemic

The Corona Extra-Parliamentary Inquiry Committee will be working with an international network of lawyers to argue the most massive tort case ever — a case described as “probably the greatest crime against humanity ever committed”

They argue that pandemic measures were intended to sow panic so that the pharmaceutical and tech industries can generate huge profits from the sale of PCR tests, antigen and antibody tests and vaccines, and the harvesting of our genetic fingerprints

Lockdowns were unnecessary, and any claim to the contrary is wrong, the Inquiry Committee insists. The virus was already in retreat and infection rates were starting to decline when lockdowns were imposed; scientific evidence shows a majority of people already have built-in protection against the virus due to cross-reactive T cell immunity, and the PCR test cannot be used to identify an active infection with SARS-CoV-2 or any other virus

While mortality statistics during the pandemic have been within the norms of any given year, meaning the pandemic has not resulted in an excess number of deaths or a death toll higher than normal, the collateral damage from pandemic response measures is nearly incalculable

Even if it were somehow true that a percentage of the population isn't susceptible to the disease, I am not sure what practical difference that makes unless/until they come up with some means of identifying who is or is not at risk.

But we do know for the most part who is at risk.

the horse has left the barn, there's no stopping it till it's run it's course. The virus is out there.
This shows us we don't have as far for it to run before trending towards zero new daily cases.

Only thing we can do is affect (to some minor extent) the time constant for it to run it's course and to minimize damage from the means we use to do so (suicides, crashing economy and small businesses on the one end and flooding ICU's on the other extreme).

No risk of crashing ICUs at this point. Treatments have improved, admissions to nursing homes of the infected isn't happening willing nilly, and nursing homes aren't being so horribly mismanaged. And <dark darwinian truth> the herd has been considerably culled.

So peel the bandaide with some degree of sensitivity. Get schools open, kids and school sports going, lift all the restrictions and publish guidelines and let freedom ring. Sweden is already there and past it. Get on with it.
