I'd love to see a Federal civil rights suit, with a Consent Decree imposed on her office prohibiting prosecution of people exercising 2nd Amendment rights.

Consent decrees happen when a leftist-run agency can't get legislation to do something they want to do (but can't, because Congress/the state legislature won't let them) gets a leftist activist group to sue them to make them do the thing they wanted to do anyway.

Not when a leftist run agency gets sued by 'right wing' groups. That they'll fight tooth and nail, and even if they lose in court, will have to be watched like hawks to make sure they grudgingly do what the court told them to do.

I believe the charges they actually filed require the gun to be functional, as a precondition for the charges to apply.
