Monoprice has cat6a bulk cable, plenum rated, starting at 300 for a 1000ft spool. You might want to see how much bulk category 7 plenum cable will cost..
Cat6a will do 10Gb over shrter distances, Category 7 will do it up 100meters of cable run, and it may be certified for the new 25gb base t standard for shorter runs.
