It's not just you. If you are in the same boat as HTRN and I, you won't have privileges that will actually allow you to do much other than monkey with word censoring,

Edit: I saw where Bobby did try to alter HTRN's user settings but I don't know how successful that was. In my case either they didn't notice (though I think I brought it up even before HTRN did), don't care, or maybe even approve of the word substitutions I set up.

Edit 2: I see where somebody else has been a busy little word censor too.
