The firm I contacted was Morgan and Morgan. They started locally and my buddy who referred me to his personal pet shark suggested his personal pet shark over there. I only spoke to an intake specialist and now despite an assurance of a personal call on Friday from the pet shark, nothing.

We will see.

I have a feeling it has to do with COBRA law being a specialized / byzantine thing. But I don't know that. I don't know anything other then the loss of coverage DIRECTLY lead to the spread which DIRECTLY lead to her death at least a year or two before she should have died. Incompetence should have a penalty. Direct action should...well, dueling is too good. The Penalty of Prometheus comes to mind.

Morgan and Morgan have a reputation as well, pursuers of emergency vehicles, if you get my drift.

Go talk to White and Case.

I would doubt any of those ambulance pursuers would even know how to "drift", if you get my drift.

Precision, this is going to be hard, but I would like you to describe your case on the front side of an 8.5x11 sheet of paper, handwritten. Do that first, and ensure that it fits. Then, type it up.

This is one of the most useful things any client can do for a a lawyer, when considering litigation - and came to be from a slightly bigger than average shark.

I can do that.

Great, OK once that's done, that's your script/what you give the lawyer when you meet him.

Also, you have to decide whether you want licenses or remuneration. There are lawyers who hunt licenses, pretty much exclusively, but they can be pretty selective about who they take as clients - and, it can be hard to find the right case to seek that result.

The head shitbag is retired, so license hunting is out. I want to hit the bastards where it will hurt all of them. In the wallet. Make that Ferrari payment a bit dicey.
