Sorry if I'm being dense... are you looking for someone to make a custom SAA, to re-work one your Dad already has, or to make a holster for the one he has?

Man, if I lost a fellow one of the Brethren...

A holster for a custom bearcat. Anything which fits a Ruger shopkeeper should be close, except for the barrel thickness, possibly

If his machine shop aprons are good enough for Tom Lipton, I'd give his gunleather a try too.

You might check with this guy. http://www.shottist.com/

Or check out http://www.simplyrugged.com/

Both have a stellar reputation. I've bought a bunch of Andy's Rhodesian slings, and love them.

I normally go look around at El Paso Saddlery first. I've bought their stuff over the years and it's generally top-notch.

Of course, the holster makers that the guys recommended are good too.

I concur, you got 3 winners in a row recommended right there. I have a bias for Simply Rugged just because/no good reason. Several rigs, quite satisfied.
