S&W M29 Bounty Hunter 3"

Post by blackeagle603 »

Oh baby, baby, baby...

I'm not even going to look see if it's on the CA list. Nope. Nope. Nope. Wouldn't be prudent.

Nobody tell me if there's an equivalent model available in 45 ACP for Colt 45. Must. Resist. Temptation.

You know, Apex tactical is based in CA... I'm sure they could build you a very nice version...

You do understand that AZ does not have a "list!"

Yep, but CA residents can't purchase handgun out of state that isn't on the list.

I know there was a 625 .45 ACP V-Comp similar to the .44 Mag version.

Shouldn't be too hard to make one in .45 ACP.

This is "it." That'd be a nice complement to my 5 1/2" Old Mdl Vaquero 45. Of course "not for sale in CA" on this listing. <sigh>

Why do you torture yourself?
Stick with C&R, they're exempt from "The List".

California residents can purchase handguns out of state? I can buy long guns in adjacent states, but no handguns w/o going through an FFL in my state. IIRC, that's a Fed statute and most states have laws that echo it.
My ideas are mine. You go out and get your own!

the new law in CA requires that the person selling the gun get a DOJ approval before the transfer. most sellers outside of CA wont even sell to CA residents any more.
