Been without a sidearm that would be counted as field artillery in Europe for a bit, so I picked up this little beauty the other day. Ruger Redhawk with a Tasco red dot. Damn thing weighs nearly 4lbs. Now to find a holster that will fit it...

Ah, yup, That would be me. I said vegetables and got into a lot of trouble for it. I was not aware that it was frowned upon to comment on the content of a picture in a picture thread if it happened to be a bit off topic. Sorry. I understand that I have the right to be silent and I'm aiming for that. The need for me to suppress some of my views is now obvious. There is no need for me to make a Spectre II, scratch that, spectacle of myself. So, here....[attachment=0]

fingered a very nice used 3" S&W Model 60 today at TMOD. Lawyer lock model. Adjustable rear sight.

Apparently, Ruger continues to squeeze everything the can out of the good idea fairy and offer a super blackhawk in stainless no less, in 480 Ruger. Unfortunately, it a distributer exclusive, from some place called gearfire..
