I can't order any; ill annoy mandates ammo shipments only to home address (FOID address), and we'll be out for a few days when it might arrive. Sigh...

New sale at Midway today. This is reportedly very good ammo, but I have not had a chance to shoot any yet. It is steel jacketed, lead core, burden primed. $99.99 shipped for 240 rounds, so $0.46 per cartridge.

I can't calculate. The sale is over unfortunately; it was $0.42 per round. And I just found out too late that Midway has a code for $20 off (I think) $100, CB2018 that would have made it even cheaper though you would have had to add a small cheap item to break $100. It is also valid on the 69gr IMI 5.56 ammo that is still on sale at $119 for 240 rounds, so a good price on those as well.

In other news PSA has federal "black packs" of 22lr for 60 bucks, 1600 rounds, 300 round of .223 for 90.

I was going to grab a bunch of. 22lr, it was down to 1600 rounds for 40 bucks after the rebate. Too slow, sold out.

If you want anything at all before it sells out, be quick.

I got one box (1600) of the .22 before it went. Didn't bite on any of the other stuff.
