30-30 Brass

Post by Timo »

I was at an auction yesterday and bought a box of loose , used 30-30 brass, approximately 2,000 pieces. I'm bored so I go through it to separate by brand and there are some odd ones, at least to me. Super Speed 30-30, Frontier 30-30, S+W 30-30, and Norma 30-30. Also tucked inside was a baggie of 375 Win. brass, and a handfull of 32 Win. Spl. Nobody was bidding so I raised my hand at 40 bucks, It's 3 life times worth of 30-30 brass , but what the hey. Also some Savage 30-30.

Wow. Lucky you, what a steal. Well wear!

You could probably sell the odd calibres, plus package the rest by headstamp and sell it (if the Norma is not worn out, keep it for yourself - that's the good stuff!), and you'll have both a lifetime supply and a handsome profit.

Timo,

How much .375 Win brass are you talking about?
