Man shot during West Side home invasion

January 19, 2009

FROM STNGWIRE REPORTS

A man was shot by a resident of a home he was allegedly invading on the West Side late Sunday.

About 10 p.m., a man in his 20s was allegedly committing a home invasion and a resident inside the home at 4453 W. Cortez St. shot him, according to a Harrison District police lieutenant.

Charges were pending Monday morning against the man shot, who was transported to Mount Sinai Hospital in an unidentified condition.

Police have not ruled out the possibility that the shooter would face charges also.

Harrison Area detectives are investigating.
Such Chicago BULLSHIT (or should that be Pelosi)!!
POLITICIANS & DIAPERS NEED TO BE CHANGED OFTEN AND FOR THE SAME REASON

A person properly schooled in right and wrong is safe with any weapon. A person with no idea of good and evil is unsafe with a knitting needle, or the cap from a ballpoint pen.

I remain pessimistic given the way BATF and the anti gun crowd have become tape worms in the guts of the Republic. - toad

Of course! If Homeowners start whacking robbers caught in flagrante delicto, the cops will have less to do and can't ask for more funds for armored vehicles, 155 mm anti-tank guns, no-knock warrants and those spiffy SWAT uniforms and full auto carbines.

A dead homeowner hardly ever results in somebody losing the next election, as "these things happen, what with the violence nowadays, and the police can't be everywhere." A dead homeowner results in calls for fewer civil liberties and bigger budgets for militarizing the cops.

This unfortunate homeowner will face charges because he is threatening the continuation of the government/police/criminal complex.
The use of the word "but" usually indicates that everything preceding it in a sentence is a lie.
E.g.:
"I believe in Freedom of Speech, but". . .
"I support the Second Amendment, but". . .

I'd like to take this opportunity to point out that that particular Gov't/Criminal complex is now operating on a national level.
If you are unwilling to give another man freedom in his life, do not expect to have it in your own.
It surely beats trying to figure out what the metrosexuals want ( a good hard kick in the nuts in my opinion, but that won't sell ice cream :D )- Highspeed

Hey isn't that a violation of the goblins Civil Rights.

You know the right to the pursuit of happiness by stealing other peoples hard earned stuff. Can't keep them from having a good time or depriving them of their rights.

Damn Chicago politicians
