Video doesn't show what the deceased was saying or any of his demeanor, etc. beyond that he walked up and shoved the shooter down. Hard to say whether he was still an imminent threat or not, or if he was truly disengaging. Might have been a different verdict had the shooter not hesitated slightly, and instead fired immediately upon drawing.
Either way there's one less violent douchebag in the world. You don't get to walk up on somebody and assault him even if he is having an argument with your SO.

I am not defending the guy who was shot, clearly he had issues. On the specific question of was it a justifiable shoot, I think any likely jury comes to the same conclusion. He was backing up when shot, single unarmed assailant backing up when the weapon was evident by the CC guy - yeah, you are not going to win that one.

You are most likely correct, just saying the video can't show what may have been said or much body language. Video is not the end-all be-all of evidence that some seem to think it is.
