Potential mass shooting stopped.

Two sheriff's deputies, a city police officer, and an armed citizen all responded to a shooting in progress, managed to not shoot each other, and successfully engaged/stopped the bad guy. Shot his balls off, in fact:

Probably not, but he was hit close enough that they needed to remove them during surgery.
