I normally settle for a Victorinox Executive (Swiss Army knife).

But if I were hunting for a formal folder, I'd go to a custom dealer like robertsoncustomknives.com and see what I fancied.

There are hundreds, nay thousands that fit you criteria...CRKT, Gerber, Buck even Ka-Bar...

I'd have said check the Commercial Knife Makers but I forgot to post it so I shall do so now...

I'll also have to post my Knife Dealers List but AGRussell is a good place to start...
