And it does not take very long, just a matter of days, or a few weeks. Rebuilding it can take years.

Wasn't bad leadership the premise behind "From Here to Eternity", Fireball Forward (with Ben Gazzara as a mustang general), and "12 O'Clock High"?
"12 O'Clock High is studied and discussed in business schools as an example of ineffective leadership.
And wasn't there a WW2 Submarine movie that dealt with the same issues?
