The Provincial Government Center, or PGC is where I was embedded in '09. I hope that the (very small) handful of useful and decent Iraqis were able to split. It's kind of a bummer, though I've been joking about it with some of my friends that were there.
If anyone sees a photo of the ISIS flag over the PGC, let me know, it will be good for the scrapbook.
