I have no doubt that they would lawyer up, but, I'd be surprised if the contract didn't outline penalties for aiding our enemies. I'm not talking about going after any company who has a few guys with Al Qaeda affiliations on the payroll, but, if the upper echelon of a company is knowingly sending money or supplies to them, or refusing to act when one of their employees does the same, we need to act.

Do you honestly think there's anything but nebulous ties? or more than circumstial evidence? Most of the intelligence work in that particular game, and in general strikes me as less than hard evidence like you would need in court cases, and more "A talks to B, who has dealings with C"..
HTRN, I would tell you that you are an evil fucker, but you probably get that a lot ~ Netpackrat

Once again, this is a case of radical muslims giving the other 10% a bad rep.

The Army being so susceptible to lawfare is a major problem in its own right.HTRN wrote:What do you think would happen if they suspended the contracts? Do you think the company in question would A) Go "Oh well, serves us right for being involved with lunatics wanting to turn the entire world into Afganistan" or B)Call the lawyers and sue the ever living shit out of the Army..
