Secret Patches From The Black Ops World

Post by Darrell »

One of my sisters sent this to me. My twin was in the 6594th Test Group, which is included. "Catch A Falling Star" was their motto. Several other cool patches included as well.

I was deploying some of my troops to support them up through the mid-80's. Never got to go along. Talk about a wild ride. Or better yet, don't talk about it. ;)
...even before I read MHI, my response to seeing a poster for the stars of the latest Twilight movies was "I see 2 targets and a collaborator".

My favorite is the "Death wears bunny slippers" patch.

Seen versions of this before. My favorite had a Grey alien nomming on a B-2, with the motto being a pseudo-Latin version of "Tastes Like Chicken".

So basically if you want to mess with conspiracy theorists' minds you have to make the most pseudo-occult-looking morale patches out there.

We had so much to work with in the EF-111A world and our command staff missed the opportunity!
Remember, folks, you can't spell "douche" without "Che."

In the humor section there's a thread about the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki (we'll ignore questions of taste). At that time the Manhattan Project was also a black ops program. If they had a patch it could be something like, "You start it, we finish it", or One surprise attack deserves another", with an image of a mushroom cloud.
The use of the word "but" usually indicates that everything preceding it in a sentence is a lie.
E.g.:
"I believe in Freedom of Speech, but". . .
"I support the Second Amendment, but". . .
