Is the NK military fed well enough to keep their intelligence up? Malnutrition has some sever effects, especially as it continues for generations - I know the general population is supposed to have lost enough IQ to be considered mentally disabled in other countries...

They might have difficulty being able to operate artillery...

I think china wants NOTK out of there, to put us on the spot about our pacific fleet. After all, it would be hard to justify our presence there once the threat is removed. we NEED NORKs being uppety to maintain our power in the region.

I don't know that China really wants us out of the Pacific. Politically, there's the whole, "Han are the master race" thing, but, traditionally, China doesn't care about the world outside of its borders.

Essentially, as long as there are Koreans, Chinese, and Japanese - either they will be at war with one another, or we can act as a buffer... But, if I thought the Chinese would like us to be reduced to some kind of vassal state, used to fight their wars for them, I would believe it.

The real worry is the dug-in artillery points the NORKS have facing Seoul. They could do severe damage to the city before our B-52s and B-2s could take them out.

Any of you .mil types know if they have arty munitions capable of delivering bio/chem heads?

bio/chem yes, wether their arty is 100% functional is debatable.

By my reading of the maps, only their bigger rockets could hit Seoul... Their arty is not close enough.
