Yep. By some strange quirk of fate, Seattle can find "missing" ballots that they need.

(Also, I escaped Leningrad.)
The CA GOP flipped 4 House seats by embracing ballot harvesting. I would rather get rid of it, but the Dems will have no reason to agree to it until they start loosing elections because of it. So we need to do more where it is allowed until they cry uncle.
