In the immortal words of Mark Twain, when asked what happened to all his money: "Some of it I spent on women and liquor. The rest of it I wasted."

I guess we can add this to "reparations" on the balance sheet. I'm referring to the hundreds of millions spent on "development of stochastic models representative of energy consumption and renewable energy sources", not the pocket change going to "help" women.
