One of the men in the shelter is Danny, a 24-year-old from the Congo’s restive Kasai province, where violence between local chiefs and representatives of the government devolved into a wider conflict between communities across a region the size of Germany.

Second worst Ebola outbreak in history going on there right now.

At least Trump is trying to make the Mexicans deal with that before they can get up here.

Who knows what kind of crap they're bringing.

There are news stories that they're taking inspectors away from the ports of entry and sending them to babysit these migrants.

Heard via rumint that everyone who goes to babysit them gets sick with stuff.

Since I have been here we have apprehended alien's diagnosed with avian flu, influenza A, influenza B, hepatitis A, hepatitis B, legionnaire's disease, lice, scabies, chickenpox, shingles, tuberculosis, bronchitis, pink eye, HIV, flesh eating bacteria...just to name a few. I've seen stories online about other parts of Texas with records of aliens with measles & mumps as well, but I have not personally seen them yet where I am. Best part of this sh#tshow is that many agents that have filed CA-1's & CA-2's are getting raked across the coals by DOL & scrutinized to no end to determine if they are "eligible for benefits." I've already personally had to make a written statement to the DOL regarding a situation where one of my guys was sick on his days off, fainted in his hotel room bathroom, cracked his head open on the way down, woke up in a pool of his own blood, had to go to the emergency room, got stitched up, was diagnosed with a severe upper respiratory infection & was admitted at a local hospital where he was flooded with antibiotics. Still waiting to hear about the outcome of that one from the DOL. I had walking pneumonia for 3 weeks, finally kicked it for about a week, am already coming down with another respiratory infection as I type this & will be seeing a doctor tomorrow morning. If you come down here, you WILL get sick. Most detailed agents since I've been here call in sick at least one to four times during a 30-day temporary detail. I've only called in sick once, because every time it has hit me really hard has been on my Friday & I just spend my days off in my hotel room in a NyQuil induced coma trying to fight off the funk.
Saw this post on a message board. It seems pretty credible to me.

CA-1 & CA-2 = forms for LOD injury for feds

Drug RESISTANT Tuberculosis. Like 100-200 years ago when sanatoriums were the only cure.
Goodbye to the advantages of modern medicine.
At least 100 years ago when my grandparents came, there were doctors at the ports of entry looking for this stuff. My grandmother had had TB as a child, so she would forever after test positive to the TB scratch test on her forearm. She of course tested positive and was quarantined for I forget how long until the doctors determined she was no longer contagious. NOW of course, we have modern medicines, so quarantine is not necessary.
Until pestilence mounts his horse again.

It is more complex than that:

I still say the worse the better.
