Poorly written, lots of hyperbole and more or less self refuting if you have any background information, but this is about the pop culture level of understanding of these topics.

In the manner of Godwin's Law, this is an example of Poe's Law.
The use of the word "but" usually indicates that everything preceding it in a sentence is a lie.
E.g.:
"I believe in Freedom of Speech, but". . .
"I support the Second Amendment, but". . .
