A MOTHER is taking her fight to the European Court of Human Rights after she was forbidden from seeing her three-year-old daughter because she is not “clever enough” to look after her.

The woman, who for legal reasons can be identified only by her first name, Rachel, has been told by a family court that her daughter will be placed with adoptive parents within the next three months, and she will then be barred from further contact.

The adoption is going ahead despite the declaration by a psychiatrist that Rachel, 24, has no learning difficulties and “good literacy and numeracy and [that] her general intellectual abilities appear to be within the normal range”.

Her daughter, K, was born prematurely and officials felt Rachel lacked the intelligence to cope with her complex medical needs Baby K was released from hospital into care and is currently with a foster family. Her health has now improved to the point where she needs little or no day-to-day medical care.

And the left wants this country to imitate their medical system???

The Brits say that the difference between their Child Protective Services and a Pit Bull is that the dog will eventually release the child.

Frankly it seems to me the whole CPS concept is flawed. It fails to protect children from whack job parents on one end and violates good parents rights with out trial on the other end.

It seems to be some sort of law enforcement agency that doesn't have to worry about District Attorneys or real judges. Those family court judges work without scrutiny from the press. So they can work parents and kids over without worrying about exposure.

In many respects they are a lot like the BATFE. They go after "easy" targets to pad their resumes because the hard ones at best are going to be difficult to work and worst are going to be dangerous to them.

There was an instance of a 15yo illegal alien in Ft. Worth, TX who "won" the first baby born in 2009 contest. The father of her child was 20. He knocked her up when she was 14 and he was 20. He was living with her mother and she knew they were sharing a bed. She received all sorts of accolades and the like for "winning". Not a peep from CPS.

Want to guess what would have happened to them had they been white mormons?
