Old white pharma company executive perp-walked in handcuffs?

Don't get me wrong, I think many of these pharma execs and bank execs deserve to be tried for their numerous frauds and crimes, along with a few hundred politicians who colluded with them, but handcuffs?
Really? So what kind of threat is Mr. Doud to the LEO bringing him in for booking? Are they in "fear for their lives"? After his booking, his lawyer will pay the bond and escort him out without the handcuffs, so why the show?
How come we didn't see pictures of Jussie Smollett perp-walked in handcuffs?
Oh yeah, because Mr. Smollett is "intersectional" while Mr. Doud is a white guy in a suit.
At some point, "intersectional" will mean intersecting with real rope and lamp post.
Some of these LEOs who play these stupid games will find themselves "intersectional" as well.
