Governor Pritzker's lieutenant gov & a deputy gov are connected to current Cook County Board President (and Chicago Mayoral candidate) Toni Preckwinkle. SCC's less-nice name for her is more apt considering the damage she'll do to the city. I'm not exactly a fan of the city but she'll make it worse.
Pritzker is a Madigan yes-man with enough money to be dangerous if he decides to start saying "no."
