Well, his computer tends to be a bit flaky. Must be bogged down by all those engineering schematics.

I've had lots of email issues in the last few years. Here's how I solved them:

Log on to the Gun Counter.
Click "User Control Panel."
Click "Manage Subscriptions."
Read the threads that have squiggly lines in the envelope icons.

Check with your ISP, see if they're blocking us.

Also, who is your ISP? Maybe our ISP refuses to MX with yours because they're a known spam haven etc...
