Actually, I like the pose of the Virginia Tech Hokie bird. Got a little attitude going on.

Given the ADD thing, perhaps a corgi is a better mascot than a badger...

Personally, I like the look of the "Challenge Accepted" guy, or at least the look on his face.

The "like a boss" guy isn't bad either.

From what I've seen, ganking a 4chan meme is virtually guaranteed to bring the wrath of a bunch of /b/tards down on you.

I'm not saying use that specifically, but that the smug look on the faces appeal to me. Maybe use a cartoon animal of some sort(honey badger, hedgehog, vorpal bunny, etc) with that kind of look on it's face.
