A Look At A Very Grim Future

Posted without (much) comment as it has engendered a RCOB reflex.

Id be surprised if casinos weren't already using facial recognition to stop known cheats. You can change your hair and skin but you can't easily change the underlying parts of your face. The shape and position of your mouth eyes and nose. As an aside, iirc the human brain registers certain facial patterns as attractive or not - hence why most beauty contest finalists all look like they could be sisters.
Buy ammunition and magazines.

You'll shoot your eye out!

Counting cards is not cheating, it's human brains beating the odds.

In a just world, casinos would just have to suck it up and take the loss.

Ehh it's their casino. If they don't want to let people in who are to good that's their choice.

They certainly are paranoid about it. A drummer friend of mine was tossed and banned for tapping a rhythm absentmindedly (drummers ALWAYS do this). The dealer and security were absolutely convinced it was his method of counting cards.
There must be an end to this intimidation by those who come to this great country, but reject its culture.

You're either free to take pictures in public, or on your own private property, or you're not.
You are also free to use those images.
Facial recognition exists.
The surveillance state is inevitable.

Vegas and Atlantic City gaming have some different rules - In Vegas, they can and will put you in the Griffin Book, for either cheating or "advantage play"(IE using math to gain an advantage). In AC, the state gaming commission doesn't allow the casinos to ban advantage players.
