Maybe he has the attention span of a gnat.

I have guys call me about changes all the time. They want to describe it verbally and poorly over the phone. No. Mark it up on the drawings, and I'll look at it.

I had a contractor once calling me several times a day. At first, I said, "OK. Look on Sheet C3.2, Detail B. See where it says...?" After a few days, I told the secretary to take a message. I'd call him the next morning. By then, he'd gotten tired of waiting for me to call, and he'd actually read the plans. ;)

I'm doing OK on 1-4, but I'm way behind on #5. Maybe I'll start naming them after friends' children. :D

ATF has a better ability to "creep" than any other penetrating oil, even kroil (which comes in at number 2), unfortunately, it stains and is carcinogenic. :ugeek:

I find my self being forced to root for, ugh, the eagles.. Anybody but New England..

Ingersoll-Rand apparently sold their construction equipment business to Korean company, Doosan.
I know that ag and construction parts are pricey anyway. Doosan has basically priced parts for older equipment stupid expensive in the hopes you'll give up and buy new.
I need three gaskets for an oil-cooler bypass assembly. They are cork and about the size of a deck of cards. Simple shapes.
Total is about $79 plus shipping.
Yeah i bought a sheet of rubberized cork gasket material and I'm cutting my own.

I need to replace one of the internally threaded fasteners on a piece of furniture. I didn't know they were referred to as "barrel bolts", "Chicago screws", and "sex bolts".

I've worked with Patriots fans, and I've worked with Eagles fans. Which means I have no choice but to root for the Patriots.

Patriots fans are assholes, but holy shit they're not EAGLES FANS.

Philly fans are the only ones I know of that throw batteries at people. D cell batteries.

Former Co-worker tries to murder Larry Nassar. He didn't get too far, but he wasn't charged either.

I'm proud of him. :D

The Philly fans have the well deserved reputation of being the worst in the league - the kind of things that would have Millwall fans going "that's a bit much"

But it boils down to the eagles aren't a bunch of cheating motherfuckers with the refs obviously in the bag for them.

In the mean time, gonna ship some Duracell's to Minnesota.
