It should get much easier to ID and locate them by the trail of blood and the helpful handful of plastic fragments embedded in their faces after a shooting.
You can do something similar right now, cheap.
Just assemble some 9mm or .40 cal ammo with a compressed load of Bullseye. A few boxes of that left in certain areas of east L.A. should get the results you're looking for........... :mrgreen:
